Iran’s Foreign Ministry denounced the continued IDF strikes across southern Lebanon and called on the United Nations and Muslim countries in the region to intervene to prevent more bloodshed during Israel’s land theft.
The IDF has been destroying large swaths of southern Lebanon and the 1.2 million displaced residents from the region have been forced to keep updates on their homes and neighborhoods by referring to satellite images, according to the Financial Times.

Israel Katz, the Israeli defense minister, said earlier this week that the IDF will not be withdrawing from so-called security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza to ensure the security of northern Israel, drawing a swift response from the White House.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told a Cabinet meeting on Sunday that he has no plans for a swift IDF withdrawal from Lebanon, and that “the security of all Israel’s citizens is not up for negotiation.”
The UN special coordinator for Lebanon said in a statement released Saturday that his office is deeply concerned about the “scale of detonations and demolitions taking place in south Lebanon,” which is being committed by occupying IDF troops under the auspices of rooting out Hezbollah infrastructure.
