Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., and Ro Khanna, D-Calif., announced that they will be forcing a vote on a War Powers Resolution in hopes of restraining President Donald Trump’s march to war with Iran, but the push is expected to fall short because of the near-unanimous support within the Republican Party and not enough Democrats to sign on.
