ISRAEL BOMBS DAMASCUS, KILLING 9 AS CLANDESTINE WAR CONTINUES

Pick up The New York Times, watch CNN, listen to the mainstream radio, day after day, night after night it’s the Ukraine War and the “atrocities” committed by Russia for attacking another nation.

But from the Presstitutes, barely a peep about Israel’s ongoing bombardments of Syria for which, according to NEW/LINES magazine, there have been “several hundred secretive Israeli strikes since 2013.”

Keeping the bombings going, Israel conducted airstrikes against Damascus on Wednesday, killing nine.

A Syrian military official told state media that the missiles were fired from fighter jets in northern Israel shortly after midnight, according to The Associated Press.

The Trends Journal has reported extensively on the clandestine war being carried out between Damascus and Tel Aviv. (See “ISRAELI AIRSTRIKES KILL 3 SOLDIERS IN SYRIA,” “ISRAEL KEEPS LAUNCHING MISSILES INTO SYRIA. WILL WAR ESCALATE?” and “U.S. SOLDIERS INJURED AFTER BASE SHELLED IN SYRIA, WHY ARE THESE TROOPS STILL THERE?”)

“Israel has bombed Syria’s capital city of Damascus, Gaza, and Lebanon in the last 7 days alone,” Sarah Abdallah, a Lebanese geopolitical commentator, tweeted. “Where is the global outrage? Where are the calls for sanctions?”

Another tweet read, “If Israel can bomb Syria to target their “Iranian Enemies” there—Russia can target Ukrainian forces in NATO countries. Just saying.”

Reports said Israel struck an arms depot and other positions outside Damascus. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights told France 24 that the positions were linked to Iran’s military presence in Syria. The attack was the deadliest this year.

Israel sees proxy forces in Syria as an existential threat because it is supported by Iran, its major military threat. The report pointed out that an Israeli drone crashed on Tuesday near the Syrian border and an investigation was opened.

Despite the illegality of attacking the nation, Israel has admitted to launching hundreds of airstrikes into Syria that target Iranian troops, military targets and allied groups such as Hezbollah.

TRENDPOST: Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, warned Tel Aviv that Iran may eventually respond to these attacks by launching missiles deep inside Israel.

“The Islamic Republic’s military stance is developing to a level that if Israel’s aggression continues on Iranian presence in the region it might strike at Israel directly,” Nasrallah said, according to The Associated Press.

TREND FORECAST: While the United States and NATO condemn Russia’s attack on Ukraine and its occupying a foreign nation, there is no U.S. NATO condemnation of Israel’s ongoing occupation and stealing of Palestine land which is in violation of international law and its occupation of the Golan Heights, which Israel seized from Syria in 1967’s Six-Day War.

And while the mainstream media has attacked Russia for its invasion of Ukraine, Israel is not, and will not be criticized by the establishment political parties and the mainstream media. Indeed, anyone that does so is chastised as an “anti-Semite.”
