State and local government response on immigrants?

The flood of illegal immigrants is reportedly
being transported by Federal agents and
contractors across state lines, and Obama has said
he’ll continue to rule by Executive Order–you can
sue him. Will a new trend be governors and local
sheriffs resisting with the “you can sue me”
policy? Sheriffs can arrest drivers for crossing
state lines in commission of a crime (that being
trafficing)? How about a governor shutting off
power and water to a processing center handling
illegals? Can two can play the “so sue me” game?
