Major protests broke out over the weekend in capitals across Europe in support of the Palestinians in Gaza being tormented and killed by the IDF and the humanitarian-aid flotilla that was intercepted in international waters before reaching the battered enclave.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the IDF killed at least 67,000 Palestinians in Gaza since the start of the genocide and over 170,000 Palestinians have been wounded.
U.S. President Donald Trump’s so-called ceasefire deal to end the Israeli genocide in Gaza managed to give Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nearly everything he could have hoped for, namely the immediate return of all remaining hostages, no Palestinian state, and the opportunity to restart the massacre and starvation campaign whenever he wants if Israel determines that Hamas is in violation of the agreement.
Israel’s ramped-up bombing and ground campaign in Gaza City has put a new level of strain on Palestinians and sent at least 780,000 of the 2 million believed huddled in the city to head south, where they have been corralled near the Egyptian border.
A newly released report from the UN’s Human Rights Office said Israel has killed at least 103 civilians in Lebanon since the start of the ceasefire with Hezbollah in November.
The Israeli military last week intercepted the Global Sumud Flotilla, which included about 40 boats that tried to access Gaza as the IDF continues its genocide and starvation campaign inside the enclave.
