ISRAEL ESCALATES WAR, TARGETS IRANIAN FUEL DEPOTS, DRAWING CRITICISM FROM U.S.

Israel’s decision to attack at least 30 Iranian fuel depots on Saturday was seen by the U.S. as a significant escalation and prompted some of Israel’s biggest supporters in Washington to question the wisdom of such attacks.

Axios first reported on these strikes that occurred on Saturday and said they went “far beyond what the U.S. expected when Israel notified in advance.”

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., a warmongering freak, posted the Axios story on X and said Israel has shown “amazing capability when it comes to collapsing the murderous regime in Iran.” But he said there “will be a day soon that the Iranian people will be in charge of their own fate.”

“Please be cautious about what targets you select,” Graham said. “Our goal is to liberate the Iranian people in a fashion that does not cripple their chance to start a new and better life when this regime collapses. The oil economy of Iran will be essential to that endeavor.”

The New York Times reported that the IDF struck these facilities, resulting in massive plumes of dark smoke rising from these stations. The paper said these attacks were seen as the first to target energy infrastructure.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps responded to the strikes by launching new attacks on Israel, the paper said.

TREND FORECAST: Graham pretending to care about Iranians is rich, and it should be made 1,000 percent clear that he made no mention of the bombing of the all-girls school in Minab that killed at least 175 – mainly girls between the ages of seven and 11.

They’re just Iranians. Their lives don’t matter to the warmongers in Washington.

Videos emerged on social media showing the ashen skies over Iran after the Israeli strikes.

Graham’s decision to repost the Axios story and offer even a little criticism of Israel should be looked at suspiciously because the U.S. is 100 percent committed to Israel’s murder campaign in the region, and there is no chance that the country’s energy will belong to the Iranians if the government collapses and the U.S. gets to put in a puppet government like Reza Pahlavi.

A Trump adviser told the outlet that the president “doesn't like the attack. He wants to save the oil. He doesn't want to burn it. And it reminds people of higher gas prices.”

Crude prices reached above $110 a barrel on Sunday after a production cut in the Middle East. CNBC also noted that the Strait of Hormuz was still closed.

The report noted that Trump must have been watching oil prices on Sunday night because he took to Truth Social and insisted that “short-term” prices were a “very small price to pay” for destroying Iran’s nuclear capabilities and threat to the U.S.

“Only fools would think differently!” Trump posted.

Only fools?

Hey Trump, only fools start wars with countries that they will not be able to win and risk a global economic crash based on hubris and personal “opinions” about the risks of an Iranian preemptive strike. And as we have forecast before this war started, if the U.S. and Israel launched a war against Iran Brent crude would spike above $100 a barrel and hit the $130 per barrel range. As a result, economies and equity markets would crash... and here we are, thanks to only to a fool.

Chris Wright, the U.S. Energy secretary, told CNN on Sunday that Americans should not panic, as a gallon of regular gasoline increased to $3.45, which AAA said is 47 cents higher than last week, according to the Associated Press.

“Look, you never know exactly the time frame of this, but, in the worst case, this is weeks, this is not a months thing,” he said.

And this fat mouth is making up his bullshit as to when the war will end.

Professor Mohammad Marandi from the University of Tehran told The Trends Journal that he has been told that Iran intends to fight to the Midterm Elections in November to deal Trump a devastating political defeat.

But go ahead and listen to Wright. Only a “fool” would think otherwise.
