Russia accused Denmark of making a mockery of its probe into the September bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines by refusing to share information discovered during the probes into the blast.

Maria Zakharova, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, said the probes are a complete “fraud” and “con.”

“They are playing this for themselves, but the story with Nord Stream will not end the same way as many other stories they have buried or covered up, I think, for the simple reason that there’s a lot of money at stake,” she said, according to RT. 

The statement came after Lars Loekke, the Danish foreign minister, said Russia will not be invited to take part in the probe, because “Denmark, Sweden, and Germany all have rule of law and one can have confidence in our investigations.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin brushed aside the recent New York Times report that claimed a “pro-Ukrainian group” with no ties to Washington or Kyiv was somehow the culprit.

“Who is interested? Theoretically, the United States is interested in stopping the supply of Russian energy to the European market and supplying volumes of its own,” said Putin. “Such an explosion, so powerful and at such depth, could only be conducted by experts backed by the entire potential of a state that has relevant technologies.”

Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s press secretary, also brushed off the report.

“This is not just strange,” Peskov said. “It smells like a monstrous crime. At least, the shareholder countries of the pipelines and the UN should demand an urgent transparent investigation, which would involve all parties that could shed light [on the sabotage],” Peskov said, according to Russia’s RT.

Seymour Hersh, the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who wrote an in-depth article on how the Biden administration carried out the attack on the pipelines, told the National Press Club in Washington, D.C, that President Biden—who spent his entire life sucking off the public’s tit—gave the approval because he thought being a wartime president would improve his chances at re-election in 2024. “I think Biden also saw beating up Russia as a ticket. Jack Kennedy is a classic example—presidents always did well politically in wars,” Hersh said, according to ZeroHedge. “He [Biden] did it,” Hersh said. “He did it, I’m telling you, he did it. The Biden game is to wait it out and never say yes.”
