The war between “TV expert” COVID vaccine pusher Dr. Peter Hotez and rising Democrat Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. just witnessed a late-breaking salvo.

Kennedy retweeted a substack article showing deep ties between Hotez and Chinese coronavirus researchers who may well be responsible for a Wuhan lab disaster that let loose COVID-19.

“Dr. Peter Hotez was deeply enmeshed with Chinese military scientists at the Wuhan lab. Read this article. Just… wow,” Kennedy commented.

He added:

“Guess what some of those scientists were doing in 2013? Demonstrating the artificial insertion of a furin cleavage site similar to the one in SARS-CoV2…

“No wonder Dr. Hotez criticizes congressional hearings on the origins of Covid-19, stating that they are ‘inviting fringe elements to testify and promote outlandish conspiracy theories,’ even warning that investigation will ‘undermine the fabric of science in America’.” #Kennedy24

The substack article Kennedy was citing, by Kanekoa News, quoted several American virus experts who have noted details about the Chinese research that provide clear markers, or a “smoking gun” concerning manmade aspects of the COVID-19 virus.

The article quoted Rutgers Dr. Richard Ebright, who has long pointed out dangerous research occurring between American and Chinese virus counterparts: 

“‘SARS-CoV-2 is the only member of the SARS-related betacoronavirus group that contains a furin cleavage site. The SARS-CoV-2 furin cleavage site exhibits unusual codon usage, and the SARS-CoV-2 furin cleavage site is located at a position that previously has been used to engineer coronaviruses having enhanced infectivity.’”

“Further compounding the intrigue, Dr. David Baltimore, a renowned US virologist and co-discoverer of reverse transcriptase, expresses his belief that the furin cleavage indicates a laboratory origin for the virus, stating, “When I first saw the furin cleavage site in the viral sequence, with its arginine codons, I said to my wife it was the smoking gun for the origin of the virus.”

Hotez, who has been tweeting a lot lately, or rather mostly tweeting MSM defenses of his decision not to try to debate RFK Jr. on vaccine issues for a pile of offered cash to a favorite charity, hasn’t yet responded to Kennedy’s new challenge.

The controversy between the two began after Hotez criticized an appearance by Kennedy on the Joe Rogan podcast, saying that the Democrat candidate should not be given a forum to voice “misinformation.”

During the COVID War, Hotez was a frequent TV “expert,” pushing for people to get vaccinated, while changing his assessments multiple times, undermining not only his credibility, but the whole official narrative concerning the efficacy and safety of the COVID vaccines.

When challenged to a debate by Kennedy, Hotez backed down and offered excuses, saying that debating the surging Democrat candidate would be a “no-win” situation.
