What Americans need right now is knowledge. There is just too much ignorance about what our rights are, and what the rules on the government are. I am going to link to a webpage from the Chicago Law School in honor of the late David Currie, who reads the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. When you listen to it, it is shocking how far outside of the rules the government has strayed. For example, bribery and self-enrichment in office is unconstitutional. Right now what we have is a bribe-ocracy where money rules the day. I recommend people listen to this not once, but many times in order to memorize it. We can then share knowledge with our fellow Americans, which is our only way out of this predicament.

and, speaking of being made homeless…
I was flown out to Los Angeles at the end of last month to work a 4-week crisis job in a big hospital here in the city. My agency set me up to stay in a hotel for the month not far from my work site. The following is an excerpt from a letter I received under my door last week:
“Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at the “X” and for choosing to serve and care for those in need during these difficult times. I come to you with unfortunate news. Our hotel will not be available to the public effective April 3rd due to Governor Gavine Newsom’s Executive order facilitated by Los Angeles County. Due to this, we unfortunately have to ask all current guests to depart the hotel no later than Sunday April 5th 2020 by 12 noon….”
Came to find out the hotels in the area were being cleared out to make room for the homeless. As I and the other medical staff are rolling out with our luggage we get down to the front desk and sure enough the homeless are lined up out the door with shopping carts full of gear and collapsible tents. I’d been watching my Trends during my off hours and so I had it in me to ask the guy at the front desk, “So, what’s your exit strategy for this?” The guy just shook his head and wouldn’t even look at me. So, in order to make room for the homeless, people flown in here to help the covid situation were now being made homeless. (Most of us were able to get new digs. Some did quit their contracts, though). Wish I could say I was making it up. Thought it was worth sharing.

What we’re seeing is a debt jubilee for the Baby Boom generation. More specifically the materialistically successful boomers… like the bankers, corporate honcho’s, politicians, and financiers, etc.. The less-than successful (financially speaking) boomers are seen as they have always been – at best as labor herds and debt-slaves in our neo-feudalistic economic ‘plantation’. Since 2009, our financial machine has been propped up by an average of some $1 trillion debt added to the US economy annually (or what passes for an economy). The trillions loaned in the form of bailouts are simply more debt (loans). Much of that debt will be repaid by smoke and mirrors, if not just outright forgiven. Bloomberg economics predict that this year another $2.4 trillion will be added to the federal debt, accelerating into 2030 up to $3.5 trillion annually, at which point the federal debt will approximate 130% of the US GDP. By 2030, the Baby Boom generation will be mostly gone from the Earth, and with them their share of the debt. What we are seeing is a tripling-down on the ‘kick the can down the road’ strategy on steroids since employed post-2009, or socialism for the rich, savage capitalism for the rest of the population. Or, the idea of trickle-down economics accelerated unveiled in the early-1980’s. The US government now underwrites 90% of the massive student loan market, 60% of the health care system through Medicare and Medicaid, and around 60% government supported mortgage-issuing entities like Freddie Mac. What we are now seeing is the world’s greatest transfer of wealth from the bottom of the social pyramid to the top. Essentially, the the debt and attendant risk will be pushed off onto future generations. But, boomers like me will be taken care of at the expense of future generations. Bottom line: we live in a doomed economic system, which each day forward further distorts ‘capitalism’ into an officially-sanctioned parasitism (or capitalist communism, if you will). The so-called ‘elites’ have long dreamed of a ‘culling of the global herd’ down to, say, 500 million servants, by further directing money from useless eater types to their members, making population decrease inevitable. Notice how we have no say in any of these social, economic or political strategies. What a great opportunity the virus crisis has to divert blame from the folks that accelerated our economic collapse to transition to replace legacy employees with robotics they need not pay or provide benefits to, and to deflect the blame for their disastrous hyper-financialization, and help them to manage global population downward without taking blame there, as well. And in the process preventing hyper-inflation by providing only crumbs to the vast majority in the form of measly $1200 checks, while increasing their own financial hoarding vastly – and designed to not increase the velocity of the money thus created, avoiding resultant inflation and degradation of their assets. Also, a successful test now performed of locking down the population in a form of martial law, or soft totalitarianism. Brilliant, as usual, kudos to the cadre to ‘smartest-guy-in-the-room types’! Small wonder you have become so magnificently (and obscenely) rich. And thanks for giving baby boomers like me such a wonderful advantage over future generations we will not need to see or feel empathy for. Bravo!

Interesting thing with this Covat and NY State, As of March 1 the county put into effect this mandatory county wide (which included the greater NYC area) plastic bag ban. No more stores supplying any plastic bags. If you want a paper bag you have to pay 5 cents for it or purchase one of those “re-useable” bags.
So allegedly there’s this mass contagious virus going around, would it make more sense for stores to give out disposable bags to cart groceries home or re-use a bag over and over again. Which is more in line with the “crisis”?

The “banksters” have long been in charge, and the financialization of the economy has resulted in the subordination of every industry to finance capital. The Federal reserve is now the largest hedge fund. This bioengineered disease strategically released to hurt China and facilitate some economic reorganization and grand theft has however backfired.
The new world order to emerge will see two spheres of influence continue to evolve the East driven by China and a divided west under America. Thats the real trend dominating economic reality and China will begin to slowly extricate from America as far as is economically feasible. The geopolitical and economic imperative is also for Russia to be aligned with China. The logic of Hitlers economic goals which he wanted to achieve in war will be achieved in peace as Germany will have to eventually move closer to Russia to get the raw materials necessary for its own economic survival. Thats the imperative. India is in la la land destined to be used and manipulated until it resolves its internal class and cast devisions.
Gerald is wrong about the corona virus however sick people cannot work. If however one feels that being sick is trivial then from that perspective it doesn’t matter. LET THE WHOLE WORLD CATCH IT.

Gerald was the first person and only person that I have heard explicitly make the point that the adjective ‘social distancing’ came from nowhere to instantly become a daily part of the English language and our daily behaviors. This is a powerful observation. The mass power of America’s fake news propaganda presstitute machine. I recall hearing the first person talk about Coronavirus in public, before there were no masks and looting management (locked door, one in, one out) queues at dollar stores. That was just 38 days ago I heard that. Three weeks after we had six foot gaps in queues and most in masks. Like a horror movie. Hedge Funds should never be bailed out. They are money laundering mafia rackets that try to offer a tacky explanation for the ways in which they manufacture paper wealth out of thin air. Great video.

Thanks for sharing Dascallon. I find these sorts of on-the-ground stories just as interesting/important as the macro big picture policies. The two overlap. The best intelligence data comes from the streets.
Stores being boarded up in big cities seem to foreshadow expected looting. Think LA 1992.
