I’ve said it before, that mankind is freed with the three R’s: Reformation, which shows us that the self-proclaimed political and religious authorities are corrupt to the core, and the people need to think for themselves; this leads to the second R, Renaissance, which causes the people to explore their intellectual thoughts freely; which leads to the final R, Revolution. But in order for this final R to take place, we have to have common sense. That means having common ideals of the meaning of life. What is right and what is wrong. The forces behind the weapon of mass deception would have you think that the three R’s are reading, writing, and arithmetic. There is a difference between education and training. A dog, an elephant, a monkey, a lion, any animal can be trained. Only people can be educated. The battle we face is intellectual.

I tried to post the following on a small town newspaper forum and was censored:
Senator Brown of Ohio said “We need a real plan to reopen the economy, safely – because if we don’t do it safely, we’re just going to have to close it again.”
How very Soviet that sounds…
And you can bet dollars to donuts that an American attempt at a planned command economy will be as much a failure as Russia’s during their seven decades of totalitarian communism. Without constant infusions of Western aid and technology the USSR would likely have self-collapsed into a smoking ruin before WWII. But the American Military Industrial Complex needed an adversary so as to create enough fright and hysteria so the people would beg to be taxed and stripped of rights in order be protected from the boogeyman of the moment. The Soviets were followed by terrorism, and now we have the latest thing to really be scared of…COVID-19.
Having been mostly ordered shut down by government, now our economy is a wreck of as yet unknown dimensions. Not because of a virus, but by the actions taken by our own governments-governments that were corrupt up to their eyeballs before the advent of the virus. Our governments were not magically transformed into credible paragons of virtue merely because of the appearance of a respiratory virus.
Indeed, most government functionaries have seized the moment to exercise powers that very likely are not compatible with the Bill of Rights, such as a quarantine of the healthy and ordering businesses not deemed essential to shut their doors.
Thirty million Americans and counting, thrown out of work by governments that still allow cheap-labor immigration to proceed in the midst of our current situation of never before seen levels of unemployment.
These political critters are simply miserable failures that have not the sort of character to admit they have been wrong, repeatedly, regarding this COVID-19 crises.
And now, from on high, they proclaim they must plan, go slow, with multiple phases, and add heaps of new and improved regulations on those businesses that survive the lockdown-experience to witness the grand economic reopening, always subject to being closed by future government diktat.
They have got to be kidding, right?
They can’t possibly think we are such idiots that we’ll believe even more of what they’ve been shoveling, right?
We are fools, possibly suicidal fools, to keep any trust in those ruling over us.
Our Freedoms and Liberties are in need of new guards…

What concerns me about everything that’s going on is that the powers that be could potentially create false flag coronavirus cases to deceive the public into giving up more of our freedoms. This will enslave us all to the point where they will say that we need chips in our arms to prevent viruses from getting onto surfaces and spreading when we use them to not only spend money, but even open doors. The potential for this to be exploited is very worrying. Such things have been associated with biblical end time prophecies. What this is doing is forcing everyone to make a stand against whether they will conform and support the beast to the point where families are being torn apart from one another. This is destructive and evil to its limits and now is a time where we have no choice but to fight and I’ve noticed that what is preventing many from doing so is a fear of social disapproval and rejection. Frightening stuff to say the least.

Why must the US dollar be the reserve currency in every situation. For example, if someone wants to exchange gold for bitcoin, they need to first cash in their gold and buy dollars then use the dollars to buy bitcoin. Why can’t we just trade our gold directly with bitcoin. Gold and silver as hard money for the material world, and bitcoin for the digital world?

Am I missing something and is it just me or do people not see the implications of what I just said above? If we just traded one with the other, that is, precious metals for bitcoin, and used them both as a medium of exchange, wouldn’t that render the currencies and central banks obsolete?

Nick, I think you’re starting to see what crypto enthusiasts have seen for a while. I was an outspoken critic of crypto before I got the understanding of its significance. This is a true revolution, and it’s an intellectual one.

Dave, yeah I agree now. I can truly see its power but only when used in conjunction with precious metals. But what is preventing an exchange rate from being established between the two forms of money?

It appears to be a lack of confidence issue. Eg. Suppose I have some precious metals and my neighbour has bitcoins. Can’t I just go to my neighbour and exchange the precious metals directly for his bitcoin and use it to make online purchases, and he can use the precious metals to purchase anything he wants locally. The only reason I can see why we are not already doing this is just a lack of confidence in the process. I think that’s what you mean by intellectual revolution. It is the witchcraft of the central banks that continues to deceive people. As Gerald keeps saying, they ought to be wiped out of the temple.

Bitcoin is the digital gold of millenials and younger generation. Its the dialetic opposite of fiat currencies which can be created at excessive growth rates by monetary and fiscal policy. Bitcoin supply growth reduces every 4 years and limited to 21million supply in total and provable. Whitepaper released in 2009 quarter 1 following the financial crash of 2008 09 and a loss of trust. Bitcoin like gold represents fear of governments and inflation. Bitcoin is decentralised, 24hrs, no broker or closure, provable, transactions verifiable and trust is built on algorithmic maths. Cant ban bitcoin unless internet and then satellite down. Its used to transfer money and so far correlated with 4yr halvings of supply growth, chinese capital outflow in 2016, retail bubble of dec 2017, hong kong protests, and now latin america social crisis and lebanon where banking collapsed. In china blockchain will be used to give gov more control and info on their subjects lives. Wait till you here about ethereum. This is the cyberpunk cultural trend my friends.

I do it myself – you know, I look at the Dow and the financial numbers. If they are up, I attribute that to the fundamental health of the underlying economy – then I tell myself, as other eternally optimistic Americans do, that will all ‘come back’, in the great ingenious American way. Then I shake myself and realize that it is not OK – that this not a real economy, and it is not even “capitalism”. I think of Judy Garland skipping down the Yellow Brick Road, then discovering that the Wizard of Oz, when the curtain is pulled back, is a fraud. And then I go on to realize what the economy truly is now: actually it a gigantic criminal fraud. Then I realize that there is truly only one hope left – that the system destroys itself and we are then confronted with the unsolvable task – to quickly develop a new system. Mother of Invention, and all that. Until we have to change, we will not. When we have no choice but to change we can, and will. A new world awaits.

My only concern with bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general is the potential for this technology to be abused. Technology in general appears to behave like the head of the hydra in the sense that if it is used to solve one problem, two problems emerge.

I am a Naturopathic doctor working out in the Chicagoland area and treat my patients with nutrition, herbs, and homeopathy, which work very well with infections. I would like to see you speaking more about this so that people have a great alternative to the mainstream medical approach and an outlet that they may have never heard of before. My seasonal allergies completely went away years ago under Naturopathic treatments and I think that bolstering the communities immune system will help us, mostly old but also and young, from having symptoms from the virus.

Been following GC for nearly 10 yrs and he’s been right even close to perfect.
The last 5 years have been tough.
I just can’t help but think that the stock markets are being run on some form of AI. They seem to be running on a overdose of info which barely moves stock prices and if the stock prices do move its on big announcements not fundamentals.
I really thought trump coming into power would change things but when I’ve thought about the things he has done it actually amounted to nothing other than stock buy backs which lifted big named stocks.
